基于在线调磁的双凸极磁通记忆发电机恒压发电性能研究∗

         

摘要

A constant voltage of power generation system using doubly salient flux memory generator ( DSFMG) was presented. The concept of flux memory was that the magnetization level of the AlNiCo permanent magnet ( AlNiCo-PM ) of the motor could be regulated by a temporary DC current pulse and could be memorized automatically. Based on this characteristic, the constant voltage principle of the generator was analyzed, and a bidirectional excitation regulator which could keep the output voltage stable by adjusting the exciting current was developed. The simulation and experimental results showed that the DSFMG has superior performance of constant voltage power generation in a wide speed range by the online exciting current adjustment of the designed bidirectional excitation regulator.%提出了一种基于在线调磁的双凸极磁通记忆发电机( DSFMG)的恒压发电系统。磁通记忆概念是指电机通过短暂的直流电流脉冲来控制铝镍钴( AlNiCo)永磁体的磁化水平,并且具有记忆保持磁性的特性。根据这一特性分析DSFMG恒压发电原理,提出一种能实现励磁电流双向控制的调节器,研制了调节器样机,通过调节励磁电流实现了发电机的恒压发电。仿真和试验结果表明,DSFMG通过双向励磁调节器的有效在线调磁,具有宽转速范围内恒压发电的优越性能。
