无刷直流电机转矩脉动抑制新方法

         

摘要

转矩脉动是影响无刷直流电机在高精度伺服系统中应用的主要原因.提出了一种基于a-β变换和Lyapunov函数的转矩脉动抑制直接功率控制方法.该方法在a-β坐标系下通过功率控制优化了电磁有功功率和电磁无功功率.在分析了反电势波形及其与霍耳位置传感器间关系的基础上,给出了在线计算反电势的方法.通过仿真验证了所述方法的正确性.%The main reason that the brushless DC motor can't be widely used in high-performance servo drive systems is its torque ripple. A direct power control scheme for reducing torque ripple based on α-β reference frame and Lyapunov function was presented. The proposed method optimizes electromagnetic active power and electromagnetic reactive power by power control based on α-β reference frame. After analyzing the back EMF waveform and relationship between back EMF and Hall position sensor,the way of online calculation was given. The validity of the proposed control scheme is verified through the simulation.
