通过对轧机AGC系统和控制计算机操作系统、应用软件的研究,在保留原数据模型和工艺数据不变的基础上将服务器、操作站操作系统、应用软件进行必要的技术处理,打包移植到目前主流配置的服务器和工控机中,对移植过程中的“排异”现象进行解决,实现控制核心软件的软硬件平台移植,解决因淘汰计算机硬件备件昂贵、稀缺而影响生产的瓶颈问题.%By studying mill AGC and computer operating and application system,the operating and applica-tion software inside the server and operation station were technically and totally transplanted to the normal con-figured server and industrial control system on the basis of maintaining the original data model and process pa-rameter. The "rejection" after transplantation must be solved to fulfill software and hardware platform of the core control software to be transplanted in order to resolve the production bottle neck because of high expenses and scarcity for replacing computer spare parts.
