新型SVPWM 5电平逆变器算法及过调制研究

         

摘要

为提高逆变器直流母线电压利用率,降低谐波,扩大电机的运行范围,提出了改进型5电平逆变器SVPWM算法及其过调制控制,通过对新算法和先前算法进行比较以及仿真结果表明,新算法的效率很高,输出基波电压幅值与调制系数呈线性关系,实现从线性调制区到6拍波之间的平滑过渡.基于DSP28335和FPGA控制器进行算法实现,并在二极管钳位式5电平实验平台上进行实验验证,实验结果验证了这种算法的有效性和可行性.%In order to increase the DC bus voltage utilization ratio,reduce the harmonic and expand the operation range of induction machines,a new SYPWM algorithm and the control strategy in the overmodulafion range were proposed.The comparison between the new algorithm and previous algorithm and the results show that the efficiency of the new algorithm is very high.A linear relationship is between output voltage and modulation index,realizing smooth transitions from linear modulation to six-step operation.DSP28335 and FPGA were adopted in the NPC experimental platform,and the results prove the feasibihty and efficiency of the algorithm.
