For system of electro-optical tracking servo control with high accuracy,high real-time requirements,electro-optical tracking servo control system consist of position loop,speed loop,current loop was established based on the Compax3 servo controller and DC brushless direct drive servo motor.Closed-loop control tracking experiment of the turntable was given for equivalent sine as a target position signal.Experimental results show that,when the target maximum speed is 50 (°)/s,the maximum acceleration is 30 (°)/s2,tracking precision of the realtime control system is 3.45(′).%针对光电跟踪系统伺服控制高精度,高实时性的要求,基于Compax3伺服控制器和直流无刷直驱伺服电机,建立了由位置环、速度环、电流环构成的光电跟踪伺服控制系统.将等效正弦作为目标位置信号,对此转台进行了闲环控制跟踪实验.实验结果表明,当目标最大速度为50(°)/s、最大加速度为30(°)/s2,该实时控制系统具有3.45′的跟踪精度.
