感应电机驱动系统的嵌入式闭环容错控制研究

         

摘要

The fault-tolerant control scheme of the non-redundant fault of the induction motor drive system has the problem of control strategy switching. In order to realize the smooth transition of the control before and after the fault,an embedded closed-loop fault-tolerant control strategy of the induction motor drive system was proposed. Firstly, a novel fault diagnosis algorithm based on sampling current probability density was designed for fault detection and isolation. Then,generalized voltage vector,switch switching command and cost function were introduced to carry out the driving control under normal and fault conditions,and the system seamless operation and fast transient response before and after the fault were realized. Finally,the experimental results verify the effectiveness of the new scheme.%由于感应电机驱动系统的非冗余故障容错控制中存在控制策略切换问题,提出了一种感应电机驱动系统的嵌入式闭环容错控制策略,以实现故障前后的控制平滑过渡.首先设计了一种基于采样电流概率密度分析的故障诊断算法,用于故障检测和隔离.然后引入了广义电压矢量,开关切换命令和成本函数来进行正常和故障条件下的驱动控制,并实现了故障前后系统无缝运行和快速瞬态响应.最后,试验结果验证了新方案的有效性.
