大功率电动汽车用控制器水冷却系统设计

         

摘要

为了降低大功率电动汽车控制器工作温度,提高其工作效率,设计出控制器水冷却系统,系统包含水道、水泵、散热片、风扇等.控制器的功率管紧贴在水道上,功率管的热被水道里的水吸收,并被送往散热片.散热片在风扇的作用下把热量吹散开,降低了驱动功率管的温度.利用DS18B20检测水温,利用PWM控制L298内部MOS管的开度,风扇和水泵的转速随着驱动管温度改变而变化.试验表明,在大负荷工况下,驱动管的温升得到有效抑制,控制器的工作效率明显提高.%To reduce the high-power electric vehicle controller temperature,and to increase controller′s working efficiency,a water cooling system was designed. The water cooling system included water channel,water pump, cooling fin,fan,and the associated pipeline. In the high-power electric vehicle controller,lots of driving tubes were put on the face of the water channel,and the quantity of heat produced by the driving tubes was absorbed by the water inside the water channel. The water flowed in the water channel and the heat was carried to the cooling fin. The fans worked,and the heat was blown away out of the electric vehicle,so the driving tubes temperature was reduced. Temperature sensor DS18B20 checked the water temperature,and the CPU adjusted the MOS tubes opening size,so as to change the fan and water pump working speed. The tests indicate that the cooling system can restrain driving tube′s temperature availably,and increase the controller working efficiency effectively.
