产学研用立体推进政校行企协同创新——深圳职业技术学院提高教育质量的实践探索

To improve the quality of higher vocational education, the key is to establish the combination of produetion, eademy and research system and mechanism. Through building up the technology and innovation platform and forming the innovation team, Shenzhen Polytechnic Institute of Vocation and Technology has three-dimensionally advanced the combination of production, academy, research and application with university for research with the soul of research, pushed forward the collaborative innovation by government, university, industry and enterprise in vocational education, closely integrated innovation with application researeh, supported the practical teaching with applied technology from project research in the enterprise practice, emphasizing the research-oriented learning for the deep integration of production, academy and research, and improved the quality of higher vocational education.%提高高等职业教育质量，关键在于产学研体制机制的建立。深圳职业技术学院通过搭建科技创新平台和组建创新团队，以“研”为灵魂，立体推进“产学研用”，以合作为纽带，推动高职教育政校行企协同创新，并把创新和应用研究紧密结合，以来自企业实际的技术应用项目研究支撑实践教学，在实践中培养能力，实现了产学研深度融合，提高了高职职业教育质量。
