当前中国大学生精神生活存在着功利性、泛娱乐性、趋同性、虚无化、异化等特征。究其成因是作为大学生精神生活发展动力的资本、科学技术、文化产业相互作用，共同推动着大学生精神生活的发展，甚至是偏离社会所推崇的健康精神生活方式。高校思想政治教育应通过重构教育内容体系、培养大学生自我心理调节和自我教育能力、培育大学生精神消费能力等有效路径来提升大学生精神生活质量。%The current college students’ spiritual life has the characteristics of utility ,reproduction ,pan entertainment ,nothingness ,alien-ation caused by the interaction between capital ,science and technology and cultural industries which are the development motive force of col-lege students’ spiritual life .They have jointly promoted the development of college students ’ spiritual life ,and even have deviated from our re-spected mental health life style .Ideological and political education in colleges and universities should enhance the quality of College Students ’ spiritual life by reconstructing the content system of education ,improving the self-psychological adjustment and self-education ability as well as cultivating the ability of spiritual consumption and so on .
