基于电商公共实践平台的创业人才培养模式构建研究

摘要

本文主要分析当前以高校为主导的大学生创业人才培养模式在课程体系、师资力量、实践训练、评价体系和创业教育理论研究等方面存在的问题，提出由政府职能部门牵头，校、企、政密切合作，依托海西区域经济社会资源，共建校际间电子商务创业教育公共实践平台的方案，研究基于电商公共实践平台的创业人才培养模式的构建思路。%The purpose of this research is to analyze the problems of entrepreneurial talent training mode under the domination of universities in the aspects of curriculum system,teacher qualification,practical training,evaluating system, entrepreneurial training theory research,etc.. This study proposes that in the support of the economic and social re-sources of the area on the West Coast of the Taiwan Straits,the government should take the lead to start a scheme for Electronic Commerce public practice platform among universities,and study the construction methods of en-trepreneurial talent training mode based on the platform in close cooperation with universities and enterprises.
