CBS与一般教学法在循证医学教学中的比较研究

         

摘要

To explore the effect of case based study in the course of Evidence Based Medicine. Four classes were randomly divided into two groups:two classes in the experimental group,while the other two classes in the control group,on a survey of the questionnaire. Experimental group in the establishment of the basic ideas of evidence- based medicine and critical thinking to establish a case and comparing the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Case teaching method for students to establish evidence- based medicine theory and critical thinking has important significance.%为探讨案例教学法在循证医学教学中效果,采用随机的方法随机选取4个班级,随机分配2个班级为试验组,2个班级为对照组,进行问卷调查。结果显示,试验组在循证医学基本理念的建立情况和批判性思维建立情况与对照比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。由此得出结论:案例教学法对学生建立循证医学理念和批判性思维有重要意义。
