现代职业教育体系运行的国际经验与启示——教育转换的视角

         

摘要

随着新一轮职业教育改革的深化推进,我国现代职业教育体系的顶层设计工作已经基本完成.但现代职业教育体系建设的关键在于解决其运行问题,即打通学习者在各个体系之间"教育转换"的通道.与我国相比,德国、美国、澳大利亚在漫长的职业教育发展过程中,分别形成"螺旋式""一体式""阶梯式"教育转换模式.对此进行深入分析,可以为促进我国现代职业教育体系的有效运行提供经验借鉴.%With the deepening of a new round of vocational education reform,the top-level design of our modern vocational education system has been basically completed.But the key point of the construction of modern vocational education system is to solve the operation problem.That is to say,pave the way for"education transition" between all types of system among learners.Compared with China,Germany,the United States and Australia have respectively formed a "spiral" "integration" "ladder" education transi-tion model in the long process of vocational education development.Through in-depth analysis,it is hoped that the results might provide some references for promoting the effective operation of modern vocational education system in China.
