城镇化背景下失地农民养老保险保障水平研究

摘要

In Sheshan Town, Songjiang District in Shanghai city for example, practical researching the landless peasants old-age insurance operation, the results show the problems of the old-age insurance problems of low security level, low education level of the farmers and re-employment. The reason for these problems lying in the land requisition compensation system is not reasonable, government security measures are not in place, the level of old-age insurance of landless peasants adjustment system is not scientific. To take measures to improve the loss of endowment insurance system for farmers, protect the interests of landless peasants is very important.%以上海市松江区佘山镇为样本，实地调研失地农民养老保险的运行情况，结果显示：失地农民养老保险存在保障水平低、农民受教育程度低、再就业难等问题。造成这些问题的原因在于征地补偿制度不合理、政府保障措施不到位、失地农民养老保险保障水平调整体系不科学。采取措施完善失农民养老保险制度，保障失地农民利益显得尤为重要。
