新生代农民工的定居意愿实证研究r——基于安徽省807位农民工的调查

摘要

基于2013年、2014年对安徽省807位新生代农民工的实地调查数据,采用描述性统计和多元Logistic回归模型,研究新生代农民工的定居意愿及其影响因素.研究表明:性别、文化程度、人均耕地、打工年数、月收入水平、是否有当地朋友、打工地的住宿情况、遇到困难找谁帮忙、参加居委会、参与民主管理、来源地以及自我身份认定等对新生代农民工定居意愿影响显著.因此,要依据新生代农民工自身实际情况和定居意愿的基础,引导其做出理性的定居选择.%Based on field survey data of the two years 2013 and 2014 for 807 new generation of migrant workers in Anhui province, we adopt descriptive statistics and multiple Logistic Model to study their settlement intension and correlative factors. Studies have shown that factors like gender, literacy, per capita cultivated land, working years, monthly income level, whether to have local friends or not, accommodation of working places, whom turn to for assistance when difficulties encountered, joining residents' committees, participating the democratic management, migrant workers' origin, self-identification and so on have significant effect on the settlement option of the new generation of migrant workers. Thus the government could guide migrant workers to make a rational choice of settle down according to their actual situation and respect for the will of them.
