Liberalization of Foreign Trade Activities After Ten Years

On April 6th, 2004. the Standing Committee of the People's Congress ratified the modifiedforeign trade law which comes into effect on July 1st this year and coincides with the effective date of the original foreign trade law of ten years ago.
