本文测算了1979—2014年中国分行业ICT资本存量、非ICT资本存量和全要素生产率,研究了信息化对全要素生产率的影响.本文发现:(1)信息化对全要素生产率有显著的促进作用.特别是当信息化与国民经济中的资本深化相伴时,实体经济发展水平越高,信息化的贡献越大.(2)市场化程度提高能够进一步释放信息化带来的"创造性破坏"效应,从而显著增强信息化对TFP的积极影响.(3)人均受教育程度越高,信息化对全要素生产率的贡献越大.本文的结论具有深刻的政策含义:在加大ICT资本投入、促进信息化水平不断提高的同时,需要更加注重诸多互补性条件的配套实施,进一步提升工业化水平,扩大机器设备在固定资产投资中的比重,加快推进市场化改革,提高人力资本水平,特别是高端人才的培养是充分发挥信息化积极作用的基础和保障.%In the era of network economy,the level of informatization usually determines the competi-tiveness and development level of a country.The effective exertion of informatization to national economy must be matched with a series of complementary investment,market reform and high-tech talents.This paper calculates the ICT capital stock,non-ICT capital stock and TFP of China's industries in 1979—2014,and studies the impact of informatization on TFP.This paper finds as follows.First,informatiza-tion has a significant positive effect on TFP,especially when it is accompanied by capital deepening.That is,the higher the level of real economy development,the greater the contribution of informatization. Sec-ond,the improvement of marketization can further release the "creative destruction" effect brought by in-formatization,thus enhancing the positive impact of informatization on TFP significantly.Third,the higher per capita education level,the greater contribution of informatization to TFP.The conclusion of this paper has profound policy implication.While increasing the investment of ICT capital and improving the level of informatization,we need to pay more attention to the implementation of complementary condi-tions.Further upgrading the level of industrialization,expanding the proportion of machine equipment in fixed assets investment,speeding up the marketization reform,raising the level of human capital,espe-cially the cultivation of high-end talents is the basis and guarantee to give full play to the positive role of in-formatization.
