PURPOSE: A system for supplying a three-way call recording service for obtaining evidence data is provided to conveniently record at any time to obtain evidence data without another recording equipment through a three-way call recording system, and to store a recording file and various information such as a recording time, the telephone number and the resident registration number of a originator, and the telephone number of a recipient together in the recording system, thereby more enhancing the reliability of evidence data. CONSTITUTION: A switching system(100) performs a function of connecting a received call to an ARS system(400) as well as a tripartite call function. The ARS system(400) transmits an automatically generated ID and a recording announcement to an originator, and receives the password of the originator and the telephone number of a receiver. A CTI server(200) recognizes the telephone number of an incoming call, stores call-related information, and transmits the call information. A recording gateway server(300) transmits a start command and an end command for recording to a recording equipment(600), and stores recording-related information and recorded voice data together. The recording equipment(600) records call details according to a commend of the recording gateway server(300). A security server(500) encodes the recorded voice data such that the originator only can access the voice data.
