METHOD FOR COLLECTING DATA USED IN TECHNOLOGY FOR OBTAINING EVIDENCE FOR VEHICLE INSURANCE, AND EVIDENCE OBTAINING SYSTEM

A method for collecting data used in a technology for obtaining an evidence for vehicle insurance, and an evidence obtaining system. The method comprises: recording information of photos for obtaining evidences for a traffic accident scene, position information of the traffic accident scene, fingerprint information of persons related to a traffic accident, and causes of the traffic accident (S101); sending, to a notarial department system of an insurance company, the information of the photos for obtaining the evidences for the traffic accident scene, the position information of the traffic accident scene, the fingerprint information of the persons related to the traffic accident, the causes of the accident and other confirmation information (S102); receiving confirmation information returned by the notarial department system of the insurance company (S103); and broadcasting the confirmation information to a user, and sending technical use data to a data collection end preset by a vendor (S104). By means of the method, evidence information about a traffic accident scene can be rapidly, completely and legally stored; in addition, timely feedback after the technology is used helps a vendor effectively collect the use state of the related technology in time.
