供应链环境下长客股份有限公司电子化采购管理研究

摘要

企业采购管理对降低企业的采购成本、提升企业的经营效益起着至关重要的作用。通过对长客轨道客车股份有限公司采购管理的现状与出现的问题进行实证分析，提出了基于供应链模式下的电子化采购的管理问题的对策，为促进我国企业尤其是制造型企业的健康、持续发展，提供参考与借鉴。%Enterprise procurement management to reduce the purchasing cost,plays a vital role in promoting enterprise management bene-fit.
