城市道路交通拥堵问题及对策研究--以昆明市为例

摘要

城市交通拥堵问题已经成为中国社会的难点和热点问题，政府部门和社会公众都对其深恶痛绝，但却无计可施。虽然从道路设施建设、观念更新、管理机制等进行了一些研究和尝试，但由于不能统筹，所采取的措施单方面收效甚微。对此，以昆明市为例，分析造成城市交通拥堵的主要原因，提出缓解城市交通拥堵的对策和建议。%　　Urban traffic congestion problem has become a social difficult and hot issue in China.Although the government departments and the social public deeply hate it,their wit's end.The road infrastructure construction,concept updating,management mechanism,ect.were researched and attempted,however,the measures adopted unilaterally had little effect because of being unable to plan as a whole.Thus, taking Kunming as an example,this article analyzes the main reasons for urban traffic congestion and countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to relieve it.
