在对大学生心理健康状况调查分析的基础上，论述高校图书馆开展阅读疗法的意义和作用。探讨高校图书馆开展阅读疗法的传统方式和Living Library新形式。介绍江汉大学图书馆的实践和都柏林大学健康科学图书馆的阅读疗法处方做法。%This paper is based on a survey and follow-up analysis of university students’ mentality,elaborating the significance and instrumental function of employing the bibliotherapy in the university libraries.It also discusses about the conventional and innovative approaches of carrying out the bibliotherapy.Meanwhile,the essay introduces the related practice of Jianghan University Library and the prescriptive bibliotherapy of UCD Health Sciences Library.
