社会支持理论下喘息服务介入失能老人家庭照顾问题研究

摘要

喘息服务介入失能老人家庭照顾,一方面给失能老人的长期照顾者提供了生理和心理短暂休息的机会,另一方面也成为了解决我国失能老人长期照顾问题的一项重要举措.分析当前喘息服务发展中政府、社区以及亲属、邻里和社会组织社会支持现状,基于社会支持理论阐述喘息服务介入失能老人家庭照顾过程中存在制度不完善、社区资源缺乏、亲属及邻里关系陌生化、缺乏互助意识、社会组织参与度不高等障碍性因素.同时,从政府、社区、亲属和邻里等正式支持及非正式支持两个方面提出发展喘息服务的对策建议.%The respite care for disability elderly family is an opportunity to provide caregivers with physical and psychological short-term break.On the other hand,it has become an important measure to solve the problem of long-term care of the disabled elderly in China.The analysis of the status quo of the social support of the government,the community and the relatives,the neighborhood and the social organi-zation in the development of the current respite care.Based on the theory of social support,this paper expounds the imperfect system,the lack of community resources,the unfamiliarity of the relatives and the neighborhood,Lack of mutual awareness,social organization partici-pation is not high and other obstacles.From the formal support and informal support aspects of the government,community,relatives and neighborhoods,we put forward several countermeasures and suggestions for improving the respite care.
