管理会计信息化人才培养模式探讨

摘要

财政部出台的《关于全面推进管理会计体系建设的指导意见》,对新时期管理会计建设与发展提出了新的要求.管理会计体系建设需要现代信息技术支撑,更需要人才的支撑.随着管理会计体系建设的逐步推进,面对高素质复合型管理会计信息化人才的匮乏,应采用以高校培养为主、其他培训为辅的递进式人才培养模式,满足管理会计信息化建设需要.%The Ministry of Finance issued"guidance"on promoting the construction of management accounting system put forward new requirements for the construction and development of the new era of management accounting,management accounting system needs the support of modern information technology,it needs the support personnel.With the construction of the management accounting system step by step,facing the lack of qualified management accounting information talent cultivation mode,progressive talent based and other training supplemented by training in Colleges and universities,to meet the needs of management accounting informatization construction.
