Micro-sitting of wind power plant is directly related with the economic benefits after its operation.When doing micro-sitting of wind turbines under complex terrain conditions,the wind turbines layout cannot reach the maximum electricity generation owing to great investment in road and power transmission lines,it should consider those factors like turbulence intensity,inflow angle,total cost and economic benefits,and then determine the optimal solution so as to make maximum benefits for investors.In this paper,a cost-benefit model is established to determine the optimal solution,and through case analysis the practicality of this model is demonstrated.%微观选址直接关系着风电场运行后的经济效益。复杂地形条件下的风电机组微观选址,由于道路及集电线路投资较大,因此不能以发电量最大化为原则进行布机,应该综合考虑湍流强度、入流角、综合造价及经济效益等影响因素,从而确定最优方案,使投资方效益最大化。通过建立费用—效益模型,确定最优方案,并以案例进行分析,验证了本模型的实用性。
