Provided is a topographical contour matching navigation design method capable of ensuring navigation in real-time while increasing learning accuracy of a rapid machine learning method. The topographical contour matching navigation design method comprises: (a) a step of deriving, by an earth elevation regression model module, a rapid machine learning-based earth elevation regression model in advance by using normalized learning data; and (b) a step of performing, by a topographical contour matching navigation performing system, topographical contour matching navigation with the rapid machine learning-based earth elevation regression model.
