高压直流XLPE电缆冷热循环下的空间电荷特性研究

         

摘要

同轴型电缆空间电荷测试系统是研究塑料电缆空间电荷特性的重要工具。根据国际大电网WG21-01组推荐的高压直流塑料电缆型式试验方法——24 h负荷冷热循环(8 h加热周期和16 h冷却周期),对三种不同绝缘材料所构成模拟小电缆的空间电荷分布进行了实时测量。通过比较三种电缆在24 h冷热循环周期中空间电荷积聚的量化指标——平均电荷密度,得出高压直流XLPE电缆对温度变化应具有良好的"响应"且24 h负荷冷热循环前后空间电荷的积聚量应保持不变,为今后高压直流塑料电缆的研究指明了方向。%The space charge measurement system for coaxial cable is the key tool for researching the space charge characteristics of polymeric cable.The space charge distribution of the three simulated mini-cables made by different insulation materials was measured in real time.In the testing course,the type test method of 24-hour loaded hot-cold cycle(8-hour heating up and 16-hour cooling down) recommended by CIGRE WG21-01 group was adopted.By comparing the medium charge density which is the quantizing guideline of space charge between three mini-cables,it is shown that the space charge characteristics of HVDC XLPE cable should respond well with temperature change,and that the accumulated space charge should remain constant before and after hot-cold cycle.This result can provide the guidance for the future research of HVDC polymeric cable.
