工程咨询企业知识存量增长机理研究--基于共生理论

摘要

工程咨询企业知识存量的增长是促进其可持续发展的重要决定性因素。文章研究发现，知识存量增长的影响因素主要包括共生单元、共生模式和共生环境三大范畴：共生单元的质参量和同质度是影响共生关系建立的重要前提条件，共生模式主要体现为信息丰度、物理参数和共生界面三个因子，在共生环境中信任、组织支持和声誉收益是三个关键影响因子；上述因素交互作用共同影响着员工之间的知识交流、共享，最终导致企业的知识存量增长。%The knowledge stock growth of engineering consulting enterprise is the important decisive factor to promote its sustainable development. According to this study, the influencing factors of knowledge stock growth mainly include there cat-egories as symbiosis unit, symbiosis mode and symbiosis environment:the quality parameters and homogeneity degree of sym-biosis unit are vital preconditions of the construction of symbiotic relationship; symbiosis mode are mainly embodied in three factors as information abundance, physical parameters and symbiotic interface; three key factors in symbiosis environment are trust, organization support and reputation gains. These factors interact and influence the knowledge exchange and sharing among employees together, eventually lead to the knowledge stock growth of enterprise.
