信息服务业的空间分布、区位策略与集聚--以福建省为例

         

摘要

文章以福建省为例,从邻近知识源、邻近相关企业和邻近城市中心区域等角度探讨信息服务企业的区位策略对集聚的影响。在分析福建省信息服务业空间分布的基础上,以86个区(县)和1076个邮编区为空间单元,应用负二项分布模型研究区位策略对信息服务业和三个子行业企业集聚的影响。研究发现,空间单元变小,能够更细致地刻画出各个区位因子对信息服务业集聚的影响程度。福建省信息服务企业主要集聚在城市中心区域,邻近同行业代表性企业和企业众多的开发区,邻近大学和科研机构,并没有出现明显的郊区化倾向。%  The paper elaborates that location strategy affects agglomeration of information service industry from the perspec⁃tives of nearby the source of knowledge,related companies and the city center area. Based on the analysis of the spatial distri⁃bution of information service industry in Fujian Province,taking 86 districts (counties) and 1076 postal code regions as spa⁃tial units,we apply negative binomial model to study that location strategy affects the agglomeration of the information service industry and three sub-sector industries. Our study indicates that smaller space units can depict the degree of impact more spe⁃cifically which the various location factors have on agglomeration of information service industry. Fujian information service firms are primarily located in central area in cities,and close to the representative enterprises in the same industry and Enter⁃prise Development Zone full of varieties of firms,universities and research institutions. There is no obvious tendency of subur⁃banization for them.
