经济集聚、城市区位与城市土地产出率--来自江苏省的数据

摘要

Urban economic development accompanied by a shift of production density and utilization efficiency of production factors from low to high.In this paper,using the data of 13 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu Province from 1996 to 2010,we build an econometric model based on a function of the agglomeration effect,empirically study the impact of economic agglomer⁃ation,government behaviors and location on the urban land productivity in the process of urban development.%　　城市经济发展伴随着生产密度和要素使用效率由低到高的转变。文章利用江苏省13个地级市1996-2010年的数据，基于集聚效应函数构建计量经济模型，实证考察了城市发展过程中要素集聚、政府行为及区位条件对城市土地产出率的影响程度。
