媒体的公司治理作用研究述评与未来展望

摘要

The paper makes a further analysis on the positive effect of media attention on corporate governance and its influenc-ing factors based on the analysis of the role of media participation in corporate governance,and points out the academic contri-butions of the existing researches and future research directions. The study concludes that media participation in corporate gov-ernance can not only protect the interests of investors and other stakeholders, but also improve corporate performance, pro-mote CEOs making positive responses to media reports and pay more attention to corporate social responsibility (CSR) .%文章在分析媒体参与公司治理作用的基础上，分析了媒体关注对公司治理产生的正面效应及影响因素，并指出已有研究的学术贡献与若干未来研究方向。通过研究得出的结论是：媒体参与公司治理不仅可以保护投资者等相关者利益，而且可以提高企业业绩，促使企业CEO对媒体报道做出积极回应，重视履行社会责任。
