The paper uses foreign trade difference index,foreign trade commodity structure difference index and trade compet-itiveness difference index to conduct a comprehensive analysis on foreign trade differences in Xia-Zhang-Quan Area. Standard deviation coefficient,coefficient of variation,foreign trade location entropy and Theil index show that total absolute differenc-es of foreign trade in Xia-Zhang-Quan expand ceaselessly, but the relative differences show a downward trend. The analyses on export commodity structure show that the proportion of processing trade is declining and the general trade shares are in a ris-ing trend. This paper explores that Quanzhou’s Herfindahl-Hirschman index is on the rise, while Zhangzhou and Xiamen are in decline. Xiamen shows an opposite tendency in the diversity index and evenness index,compared with Zhangzhou and Quan-zhou. According to trade competitiveness index,the paper finds that TC index in three regions appear to rise,with the fastest speed in Zhangzhou. At the same time, RCA index analysis shows that Xiamen has advantages in processing trade, while Quanzhou’s advantages in general trade.%文章利用对外贸易总体差异性指标、对外贸易商品结构差异指标、出口竞争力差异指标对厦漳泉三地对外贸易差异进行全面分析。标准差系数、变异系数、外贸区位熵指数及锡尔指数实证分析表明，三地对外贸易总体绝对差异不断扩大，但相对差异呈现下降趋势。出口商品结构分析表明，三地加工贸易比重不断下降，而一般贸易比重不断上升。在出口市场集中度指数上，泉州出口市场集中度在上升，而漳州和厦门则在下降。但在多样性指数和均匀度指数方面，厦门表现出与漳州和泉州完全相反的趋势。针对三地的贸易竞争力TC指数研究表明三地贸易竞争力都出现了上升，但漳州上升最快；而显示性竞争力RCA指数分析表明厦门在加工贸易上具有优势，而泉州在一般贸易上具有优势。
