安徽省城镇化进程中的就业接收效应研究

摘要

The paper, comprehensively applying system theory, geographic location theory and ecological theory, builds an empirical model through the open spatial econometric modeling techniques,then locks and studies the employment situa⁃tion of city-city,city-district and district-district employment receiving effect in the process of urbanization. It makes a de⁃tailed analysis on the employment receiving effect in the process of urbanization of Anhui province,including city-city effect size,positive and negative effect,net effect,effect source among cities. Subsequently,it reveals the corresponding receiv⁃ing effect of city-district and district-district. Finally,it provides the symbiotic path,competitive path,snatch path,uni⁃lateral path and blank path of city/district-district interactive effect. The study can offer guidelines for all cities/districts to up⁃grade the level of employment and achieve multilateral win-win situation in the process of urbanization through collaboration.%文章综合运用系统论、地理区位论、生态论等相关理论，通过开放式的空间计量建模技术构建实证模型，锁定研究城镇化的市-市、市-区、区-区就业状况，详细分析了安徽省城市化进程下的就业接收效应：市-市间的接收效应大小、正负效应、净效应、效应在市际间的来源；揭示了市-区、区-区间相应的接收情况；给出了市/区-区间交互效应的共生路径、竞争路径、抢夺路径、单边路径、空白路径。据此可指引各市/区间在城镇化进程中通过协同合作，共同提升各市就业结构的高级化水平，实现多边共赢。
