从近几年震害总结中提出的结构性能设计理论

摘要

结构性能设计理论是从近几年发生的地震灾害中总结出来的设计理论,本文就结构性能设计理论的基本思想与基本内容,包括地震设防水准和结构抗震性能之间的关系、结构抗震性能等级划分、衡量结构的抗震性能结构的安全性、完整性和可用性的概念、抗震性能评价目标及其对结构设计的基本要求.%Performance-based design theory is a design principle summed up from earthquake damages in recent years. In this paper, basic thought and basic contents of perfromance -based design are discussed, including the relations between the earthquake fortification level and structure seismic performance of the structure、 the determination of structural seismic performance grade, the concept of safety, completeness and suitability of estimating seismic performance、 the objective of seismic performance and basic requirements of structural design.
