HPLC法同时测定止咳平喘类中成药中非法添加的9种化学成分

             

摘要

目的:建立同时检测止咳平喘类中成药中非法添加的9种化学成分的方法。方法:采用资生堂MG II C18柱(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm);流动相A为乙腈-甲醇(1∶1),流动相B为10 mmol・ L-1乙酸铵溶液(含0.1%甲酸),梯度洗脱,流量1.0 mL・ min-1;检测波长为225 nm和360 nm。结果:各成分之间分离良好,9种化学成分在其线性范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为95.1%~98.9%,最低检测限均符合检测需求。结论:本法简便准确,灵敏度高,通用性好,适用于止咳平喘类中成药中9种非法添加化学成分的检测。%Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determining 9 chemical compositions illegally added in traditional Chinese medi-cine for relieving cough and asthma.Method:A Shiseido MG II C18 column (4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm) was adopted with a mixture of acetonitrile-methanol (1∶1) as mobile phase A,10 mmol・ L-1 ammonium acetate (containing 0.1%formic acid ) as mobile B, gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0 mL・ min-1 .The UV detection wavelengths were set at 225 nm and 360 nm.Results:9 components were well separated from each other .The calibration curves of 9 chemical compositions had good linear relationships and the average recoveries ( n=5) were 95.1%-98.9%.The LOD of each component met detection requirements .Conclusion:The method is simple, rapid and reliable for the determination of 9 chemical compositions illegally added in traditional Chinese medicine for relieving cough and asthma .
