临床药师参与1例ICU患者抗感染治疗的案例分析

临床药师作为医疗团队成员之一，参与了一例ICU患者抗感染药物治疗管理，及时了解患者病情变化，并结合辅助检查结果，为患者抗感染治疗方案的制定提供建议，促进了临床合理用药。临床药师应积极下临床参与药物治疗管理，保障患者用药安全、有效。%Clinical pharmacists,as one of the members of a medical team,participated in medication therapy management based on the condition of patient and related assistant examinations to promote rational use of drugs. Clinical pharmacists should try to participate in the whole process of medication therapy management, which helps to ensure medication safety and efficacy on patients.
