10聚维酮碘乳膏治疗皮肤感染性创面的临床治疗及护理要点总结

摘要

Objective: To explore the clinical effects of 10% Povidone Iodine Cream in the treatment of infected dermis wound, and summarize the nursing points.Methods: Sixty-eight patients with infected dermis wound who were treated in our hospital between March 2015 and March 2016 were equally divided into two groups by random number table method. The infected dermis wounds in observation group were treated with 10% Povidone Iodine Cream dressing change, and were given nursing intervention. The control group only received routine dressing change. By comparing the duration of wound inflammation and the time to proliferative phase between the two groups, the state of wound healing was evaluated after treatment, and the clinical curative effect was also compared between the two groups.Results: After treatment, the duration of wound inflammation and the time to proliferative phase in the observation group [(2.15±0.87) d, (3.24±1.14) d] were significantly shorter than those in the control group [(3.37±0.64) d, (4.68±1.33)d], and the total effective rate (88.24%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (61.76%,P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of 10% Povidone Iodine Cream combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of infected dermis wound can significantly shorten the time of wound healing, and the effect is good; Attention needs to be paid to dressing change and nursing of wound.%目的：探究10%聚维酮碘乳膏治疗皮肤感染性创面的临床疗效，并总结其护理要点。方法：将2015年3月至2016年3月于咸宁市中心医院诊治的68例皮肤感染性患者采用随机数字表法均分为两组。观察组对感染性创面给予10%聚维酮碘乳膏换药，同时实施护理干预；对照组仅实施常规换药。通过比较两组创面炎症期持续时间、其进入增生期所需时间来评估治疗后创面的愈合情况；比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗后观察组创面炎症期持续时间(2.15±0.87)d及其进入增生期所需时间(3.24±1.14)d均显著低于对照组(3.37±0.64)d、(4.68±1.33)d，治疗总有效率为88.24%显著高于对照组61.76%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：10%聚维酮碘乳膏用于治疗皮肤感染性创面时同时结合护理干预，可显著缩短创面愈合时间，且疗效尤佳；护理时需注重换药及创面的护理。
