胃镜直视下喷药在上消化道出血治疗中的应用价值分析

Objective: Via application of gastroscope conditions under spraying methods on patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhage disease, evaluate the clinical effect.Methods: 86 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in Xinyu People's Hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 43 cases in each group. The spraying under gastroscopy method was treated with routine drug treatment in the treatment group. The effect of drug treatment, the disappearance time of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, and the adverse drug reaction of the two groups were compared between the groups.Results: In the treatment group patients with hemorrhage of upper digestive tract disease drug curative effect is obviously superior to the control group (P<0.05); upper digestive tract hemorrhage disappear time and drug treatment time was significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05); drug adverse reaction was significantly less than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of gastroscope conditions under spraying method on patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhage disease patients is very effective.%目的：对应用胃镜直视条件下喷药方式对患有上消化道出血疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法：选择江西省新余市人民医院收治的患有上消化道出血疾病的患者86例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，平均每组43例。采用常规药物治疗方案对对照组患者实施治疗；采用胃镜直视条件下喷药方式对治疗组患者实施治疗。对比两组研究对象上消化道出血疾病的药物治疗效果、上消化道出血消失时间和药物治疗总时间、药物导致的不良反应。结果：治疗组患者上消化道出血疾病的药物治疗效果明显优于对照组，组间差异显著(P<0.05)；上消化道出血消失时间和药物治疗总时间明显短于对照组，组间差异显著(P<0.05)；药物导致的不良反应明显少于对照组，组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：应用胃镜直视条件下喷药方式对患有上消化道出血疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。
