前列地尔联合鼓室内注射地塞米松治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：分析在突发性耳聋患者的临床治疗中，前列地尔联合鼓室内注射地塞米松的临床疗效。方法：选取我院于2015年1月至2016年1月收治的60例突发性耳聋患者为研究对象，将所选患者随机均分为对照组和实验组，两组患者均接受常规治疗，对照组患者在此基础上接受前列地尔注射治疗，实验组患者则在对照组患者治疗基础上接受鼓室内注射地塞米松治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果及患者治疗前后的纯音听阈。结果：实验组患者的治疗效果明显好于对照组患者，且治疗后的纯音听阈要低于对照组患者，两组患者的数据经对比后存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论：在突发性耳聋患者的治疗中，前列地尔联合鼓室内注射地塞米松的治疗效果较好，值得推广。%Objective: In the clinical treatment of sudden deafness patients, the clinical efficacy of alprostadil combined with intratympanic dexamethasone injection was analyzed.Methods: 60 cases of sudden deafness patient in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the research object, and randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Two groups of patients both underwent conventional treatment, based on this, treatment group accepted alprostadil injection, while the experimental group accepted intratympanic dexamethasone injection, and the effect of two groups on pure tone audiometry treatment were compared. Results: The therapeutic effect of the patients in the experimental group was significantly better in patients in the control group, and after treatment of pure tone audiometry was lower than that of the control group, with significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of sudden deafness patients, the therapeutic effect of alprostadil combined with intratympanic dexamethasone injection is good, worthy of promotion.
