桂枝汤加减治疗糖尿病心脏自主神经病变的临床疗效

摘要

Objective:To probe into and analyze the clinical effects of modified Guizhi Decoction in the treatment of diabetic cardiac autonomic neuropathy. Methods: 80 patients who suffered from the diabetic cardiac autonomic neuropathy and accepted treatments in Jingzhou Thoracic Hospital of Hubei Province from March 2014 to March 2016 were collected and randomly divided into two groups: the reference group contains 40 patients, treated with oral methycobal, while the treatment group includes 40 patients, treated with conventional therapy combined traditional Chinese medicine prescription Guizhi Decoction. Then, the changes of heart rate variability and the occurrence of adverse reactions of two groups were observed before and after treatment.Outcome:The index of heart rate variability after treatment in the treatment group were significantly higher than that before treatment and in the reference group after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine prescription Guizhi Decoction treated with patients with diabetic cardiac autonomic neuropathy are significant, which can effectively promote the improvement of cardiac autonomic function of patients, thus it is worth to be further promoted.%目的：探索及分析对糖尿病心脏自主神经病变患者采用中药方剂桂枝汤加减进行治疗的临床效果。方法：收集湖北省荆州市胸科医院2014年3月至2016年3月间接诊的患糖尿病心脏自主神经病变的80例患者，将患者随机分成两组：参考组包含40例患者，在接受常规治疗的同时加用弥可保口服治疗；治疗组包含40例患者，在接受常规治疗的同时加用中药方剂桂枝汤加减治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后的心率变异性指标变化及不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗组患者治疗后的心率变异性指标显著优于治疗前及参考组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论：对糖尿病心脏自主神经病变患者采用中药方剂桂枝汤加减进行治疗疗效显著，可有效促进患者心脏自主神经功能的改善，值得进一步推广。
