油气井灭火全过程带火作业技术应用研究

摘要

Hainan 2 # producing platform is situated on the Bohai nature preserve in Liaoling. The platform has six cluster wells. Well spacing is only 2.6m. During wax removal, for short circuit, six wells are on fire in order of priority. According to the cases, the technology on operation with fire burning during the whole firefighting is adopted. Six wells' fire is successfully put out in only five days. The technology has important meaning to subsequent wrecking and firefighting operation in oil and gas wells.%海南2号采油平台地处辽宁省盘锦市渤海北部国家自然保护区，东南亚社情区，世界珍稀动物丹顶鹤的故乡。该平台上井距仅2．6m的6口丛式井组，因电清蜡短路，引起先后爆炸着火。每口井均以横向喷射火焰为主，并相互喷射燃烧交织在一起。针对这些险情，采用全过程带火作业技术，仅用5天时间就对6口着火井成功地进行了抢险处理。在一个平台上同时对多口近距离丛式着火井组进行全过程带火作业技术处理成功，是继中国灭火队赴科威特抢险灭火之后，我国油气井抢险灭火技术登上一个新台阶的标志。该项技术对以后的油气井井喷失控着火的抢险灭火作业具有重要的指导意义。
