高性能水基钻井液增黏剂研发思路探讨

             

摘要

The viscosifier is important to rheology of drilling fluid to carry cuttings. In this paper, the development of viscosifier is introduced that starts from natural vegetable gum to high temperature and salt resistance polymer viscosifier. The roblems of acrylamide polymer and XC polymer viscosifiers used in high temperature and high salt content formations are analyzed, and the treatment methods mainly are inducting high performance functional monomers to viscosifier molecule that can improve the thermo-stability, as well as, introducing double-functionality crosslinked copolymers that can form controllable crosslinked molecule structure. Moreover, the research method of novel high temperature and salt resistance viscosifier is developed.%分析了常用钻井液增黏剂在应用于高温高盐地层时存在的问题,总结了当前提高增黏剂耐温抗盐性能的技术措施,主要包括:优选且向增黏剂分子中引入更强效能的功能性单体,利用其刚性、位阻效应及可能存在的基团间的缔合结构等来提高增黏剂的耐温抗盐能力;向增黏剂分子中引入具有双官能团的交联共聚单体或利用交联剂与增黏剂分子中的可交联官能团交联,从而形成可控交联的分子结构 最后分析提出了高性能钻井液增黏剂的研发思路.
