This article will begin with an analysis of personnel qualifications of electric fee auditors, and proceeds to raise measured recommendations to common problems in that process, and provides examples of effective methods that electric fee auditors should master in order to handle unusual circumstances, in the hope to reduce occurrence ratio of electric fee auditing errors and ensure an error-free electric fee budgeting-auditing process.
