国际残疾人政策的发展趋势是支持残疾人居家生活，研究家庭状况如何影响残疾人服务需求选择，才能制定服务对策。通过运用2009年“北京市残疾人服务需求状况调查”数据分析，研究发现：家庭特征、照料资源等家庭因素对残疾人的服务内容选择产生重要影响。经济支持方面，收入越低的家庭、重残户和老残一体户、由兄弟姐妹照料的残疾人，其需求显著高；生活照料方面，由兄弟姐妹照料的残疾人需求显著多；精神慰藉方面，家庭收入越高，由兄弟姐妹照料的残疾人，精神慰藉需求越大。建议通过加大投入给予残疾人家庭更多经济支持，同时采用政府购买服务、发展残疾人社工等方式加强对残疾人的生活照料和精神慰藉。%Policy tendency for the disabled around the world is supporting them living at home. Therefore, it is important to figure out how family influences service demand of the disabled. Base on data from survey on service demand of disabled persons in Beijing in 2009, the author found out that factors such as family characteristics and care resources influenced the disabled persons' service. The disabled living in poor families, with severer disability, living with the elderly, and cared by siblings needed more economical support. The disabled cared by siblings living in richer families also needed more care and spiritual support. It’s suggested that the government should give more economical support to the disabled family and improve care and spirit by purchasing services and hiring social workers.
