Life satisfaction is an important indicator of well-being for the disabled. The study showed the overall life satisfaction of the disabled was at average level according to investigation conducted in over a dozen counties in Chongqing. Then it made an in-depth comparative analysis on life satisfaction, concerning differences in gender, age, residence, disability degree, in terms of family, health, education, occupation and social aspects. The results showed that rehabilitation and occupation demands were more urgent;disabled people from different age groups had huge different demands due to different developing stages and tasks. Life satisfaction degree in rural urban areas differed because of Rehabilitation services, land, housing, and lifestyle factors. One thing to be noted, people with severe disabilities got low life satisfactions.%生活满意度是残疾人幸福感的重要指标。调查发现，残疾人的生活满意度整体处于一般水平；残疾人由于性别、年龄段、居住地和残疾等级的不同，其满意度也存在相应的差异。对今后工作的启示包括：充分重视残疾人的康复需求和职业需求；实施社会救助时需要考虑到各个年龄段残疾人的不同需求；采取措施有效减少农村和城镇残疾人生活的差距，切实加大对重度残疾人的扶助力度。
