残疾人社会工作实务的过程与特点--基于社会工作通用过程模式的研究

摘要

Social work with disabled people is a process in which professional social workers use the professional social work methods, help disabled people and their families to overcome their physiology and psychological obstacles, use social resources, and participate in social life equally. The essence of the process is the social work professional method permeability and interventional in the field of disability. Based on the general process model of social work practice, the practice process of disabled social work should include a series of structured procedures such as case receiving, fore-evaluating, planning, intervening, evaluating and case solving. The practice of social work with disabled person means the combination of professional feature and service feature, the combination of humanity feature and protective feature, and the combination of individual feature and social feature.%　　残疾人社会工作是专业社会工作者以残疾人及其家庭为案主对象，运用社会工作专业方法，以协助残疾人克服自身生理心理障碍，合理利用社会资源，平等参与社会生活的过程，其本质是社会工作专业方法在残疾人工作中具体的渗透与介入。基于社会工作实务的通用过程模式，残疾人社会工作实务应包括接案、预估、计划、介入、评估、结案这一系列结构化的过程。残疾人社会工作实务具有专业性和服务性相结合，助人性与保护性相结合，个体性与社会性相结合的特点。
