养老机构中老年残疾人抑郁情绪干预研究*--以上海荣誉军人疗养院为例

This essay selected the elderly disabled veterans who have lived in Shanghai Military Honor Nursing Home for a long time as the research objects and study cases. It utilized the professional group social work method and nostalgic method in psychological therapy to intervene their depression mood. The evaluation results showed that the methods above have played a very good role and effect in relieving depressions of the elderly disabled veterans. It could be applied in therapy of similar groups.%长期居住在养老机构中的老年残疾人容易产生抑郁情绪，不利于他们的健康与生活，应当予以积极干预。本项目以上海荣军院的伤残军人作为研究和工作对象，运用专业化的社会工作手段尤其是小组方法以及心理治疗中的怀旧方法对他们的抑郁情绪进行了干预。通过成效评估得知，以上方法取得了良好的功能和作用，有效缓解了他们的抑郁情绪，可以在在类似群体中加以推广。
