“信息资源建设与服务”是“迈向知识服务”大会主题下有关信息资源的分论坛.文章在简要总结分论坛总体情况的基础上,重点论述11篇论坛的主题演讲,最后作出总结.%"Development of Information Resources and Services" is one session of ICSTI 2011 under the concept of "Upgrading Information to Knowledge". This article briefly summarizes the overall of this session, focuses on the themes of the 11 speeches, and finally sums up.
