CALIS对省级文献保障体系建设的促进作用--以湖北省文献保障体系建设为例

CALIS省中心负责各省文献信息、共享域的建设和服务工作，是CALIS三期建设目标实现普遍服务的主要连接机构。文章从CALIS三期三级云计算架构出发，分析云计算时代高校数字图书馆建设模型，以湖北省文献保障体系建设为例，阐述CALIS对省级文献保障系统建设的促进作用，并提出如何优化CALIS的管理和服务以进一步促进各省文献保障体系的建设，实现全国高校图书馆信息资源共建、共知、共享，为中国高等教育服务。%As a main connection institution for the construction to provide universal service, CALIS provincial center is responsible for the construction and service of provincial literature information and sharing domain. Based on the third phase of cloud computing architecture of CALIS Phase III, taking The construction of Hubei province literature guarantee system as an example, this paper analyzes construction model of academic digital library in the cloud computing time, and confirms the important role of CALIS in promoting the construction of the provincial information security system. In conclusion, The author puts forward how to optimize CALIS management and services to further promote the construction of the province literature guarantee system and realize co-construction and sharing of academic Library Information resources for higher education in China.
