FIELD: exploitation of underwater mineral deposits, erection of technological complexes to secure operations on shelf in open sea. SUBSTANCE: process of construction of off-shore technological complex for extraction of mineral wealth consists in manufacture of technological module on base of shipbuilding and slipway facility with inclined guides made fast to base at shore yard, in launching of above-mentioned module on base of shipbuilding and slipway facility over inclined guides on to water. At final stage of construction technological module is imparted with negative buoyancy, technological module on base of shipbuilding and slipway facility is launched into water for specified depth with subsequent removal of rigid coupling of technological module to base at specified depth. Then technological module is loaded on to transportation craft or is imparted with preset positive buoyancy and required stability, is shipped to point of extraction of mineral wealth with the help of proper transportation means and is placed on ground or assembled. EFFECT: process makes it feasible to execute complete controlled technological cycle from construction of technological modules to their anchoring on sea floor and assembly of technological complex as whole. 6 cl, 4 dwg
