自20世纪60年代以来，模式识别的理论与方法的研究及相关理论在实际项目应用中取得了长足的发展。该文先简要回顾模式识别领域的发展历史和主要方法的演变，然后围绕模式分类这个模式识别的核心问题，就概率密度估计、特征选择和变换、分类器设计几个方面介绍近年来理论和方法研究的主要进展，最后简要分析将来的发展趋势。%Since 1960s ,the study about the theory and methodology of pattern recognition in applications of project has achieved great progress .This paper firstly gives a brief overview of the developing history and evolution of main methods in pat-tern recognition field, then around the core problem,that is pattern classification of the pattern recognition ,this paper will intro-duce the main progress of the theory and methodology related to probability density estimation、feature selection and transforma-tion、categorizer design. Finally, the article briefly analyzes the development trend of the future.
